Getting started again

Starting over. After a long time off it is time to get back. Todays workout started with some bending (lost alot) and then some swings and squats. Time off sucks.

HEAVY TRAINING BEGINS

We started our powerlifting training this week. Not sure when I plan on making it to my first meet. Hopefully soon! Not going to rush it. It has been a long time. Tuesday we benched. I'm pretty happy with the outcome. Finished out at 275. Today we did box squats and wrapped it up at 385. I figured that is a good starting point since I haven't squatted since high school(10 years).
